2025 AAGIS Professional Conference & Training

The Alamo Area GIS User Group is hosting our annual Conference and Training at DoubleTree by Hilton at the Airport on September 24-25th!

About this Event

AAGIS is happy to announce that our conference is returning! Join us as we feature a number of presentations from local professionals and vendors that make up our small but mighty GIS Community. We are the ONLY local GIS Professional Conference where you can get up-to-date on GIS within the Alamo Area.

Registration closes September 5th.

Training Day: Wednesday (9/24) - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Training Day will consist of two concurrent training courses - register for one of the two. A mid-day lunch is included, along with a light breakfast, coffee, and snacks.

Conference Day: Thursday (9/25) – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Conference Day features a light breakfast with coffee, all-day speaker presentations, a Sponsor Gallery Room, a plated lunch, raffles, and trivia.

Tickets: $125 Early Bird; $150 for general; $50 for Speakers and Students.

Speaker Presentation Options:

• 45-minute presentation
• 15-min Lightning talk

Sponsorship Levels:

• Bronze ($100 - any amount): Ballroom table advertising
• Silver ($250): Sponsor Table in the Gallery and one included registration
• Gold ($500): Breakout room Advertising, Sponsor table in the Gallery, two included registrations
• Platinum ($1,000): Cocktail Reception Advertising, Sponsor table in the Gallery, three included registrations
• Title Sponsor ($2,500): Prime Advertising in all Marketing, double Sponsor table in the Gallery, Short Presentation, five included registrations
