As a certified hypnotherapist, I specialize in helping women overcome mental and emotional challenges, enabling them to shift limiting beliefs and build confidence.

My background as a qualified naturopathic chef adds another layer of support, allowing me to create nourishing, hormone-friendly meals tailored to alleviate menopause symptoms and promote vitality.

My expertise as a menopause specialist means I take an integrative, evidence based approach to helping women achieve balance and well-being during this significant life phase.

I am also a seasoned meditation practitioner, skilled in guiding individuals toward stress reduction, self-discovery, and inner calm.

Drawing on my extensive education and experience, I’ve developed a unique approach that combines hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and nutrition to provide women with powerful tools to reclaim their energy, clarity, and confidence.
