This conference will explore strategies and services that support people with disabilities of all ages and their families by focusing on ways to improve care, communication and selfdetermination through best practices. It will also highlight the lived experiences of people with disabilities, their caregivers and families.


Sessions will be geared towards the following audiences: self-advocates; people with lived experience; family, siblings and caregivers; students; professionals including direct service providers, therapists and medical providers; educators; policy makers; and researchers.
