Welcome to Camp Good News 90th Anniversary Alumni Event Weekend!

Celebrate God's faithfulness by attending this special milestone with old friends and reminisce about the good times at Camp Good News. Join us for a weekend filled with fun activities, delicious food, and lots of laughter. Whether you were a camper, counselor, or staff member or volunteer, this event is for you! Don't miss this chance to reconnect with fellow alumni and create new memories together. Come and be a part of this unforgettable weekend at Camp Good News! See you there!

Sample Weekend Schedule:

Friday, August 22nd:

1:00pm to 6:00pm: Check In and Registration Opens at the camp entrance

• Open swim and boating from 2:00pm to 4:00pm

6:00pm: Dinner downstairs in Willard Hall

7:15pm to 8:30pm: Welcome event upstairs in Willard Hall

8:30pm: Ice Cream Social downstairs in Willard Hall

Saturday, August 23rd:

8:00am to 8:30am: Registration for Saturday only attendees

8:30am: Breakfast downstairs in Willard Hall

9:30am: Chapel upstairs in Willard Hall (45 minutes)

Sample of Morning Activities (Sign up at registration, dinner or breakfast)

Session 1: 10:30am to 11:15am–Session 2: 11:30am to 12:15pm

• Arts and Crafts 
• Archery with 
• Open Tennis-Grab a partner and play tennis
• Games at the Boys A-Field 

12:30pm: Lunch downstairs in Willard Hall

• Presentation by the CGN Alumni Association

1:30pm to 3:30pm: Swimming and Boating at the girls beach

Alternate activity: 1:30pm to 3:30pm: Arts and Crafts open craft time

3:45pm to 5:45pm: Camp Work project

• Led by Mark Adams and members of the CGN Alumni Association

6:00pm to 7:00pm: Dinner downstairs in Willard Hall

7:30pm: Camp Fire at the Girls Beach

Sunday, August 24th:

• 8:30am: Breakfast downstairs
• 9:00am to 10:30am: Free time 
• 10:30am to 12:00pm: Church in the Grove
• 12:30pm: Bag Lunch and Farewell
