For those who hold space for others, this is your space to pause, breathe, and receive. Healing for Healers is a monthly gathering designed to help you reset, restore, and reconnect—because this is time for you.

Each session offers a different experience, weaving together restorative yoga, mindfulness, and intentional group connection to help you release what you carry, ground into your own needs, and flow back into your work feeling renewed.
