3:15pm - Speaker to share his/her journey

3:35 - 4:45pm - Q&A

4:45 - 4:50pm - (Quiet time) Participants to write 3 takeaways or messages of gratitude to the speaker and the team

4:50pm - Roundtable sharing

5:00pm - End
