About this Event
Welcome to the 2025 New York State Highway Safety Symposium!
The 2025 NYS Highway Safety Symposium aims to renew and reinvigorate our state’s efforts to make driving safer. We will bring together traffic safety professionals and stakeholders from law enforcement, traffic engineers, policymakers, public health officials, and community organizations to collaborate and innovate on projects and initiatives to enhance road safety throughout the state to reduce crashes, injuries, and fatalities.
The symposium will take place at the Lake Ontario Event and Conference Center in Oswego, New York. Don't miss this chance to connect with your peers, gain new perspectives, and contribute to the ongoing effort to improve highway safety in New York State.

Attendee Registration will open in June 2025. Registration fees and dates for 2025 will be announced by March 1.
Hotel Room Block
Hotel accommodations must be booked separately from the symposium registration. We have partnered with several hotels near the conference venue to offer the per diem rate of $122/night.
To book your hotel, please contact the hotel directly or use their online booking system. Be sure to mention that you are attending the conference to receive any applicable discounts.
