About this Event

A Year at Birch Farm is a new series of seasonal suppers at The Collective at Woolsery's beautiful space; THE POTTING SHED. We will be hosting our Summer Supper on Thursday, July 31st, 2025, highlighting the abundance of the farm and our beautiful coastline.

The Birch Farm gardens will be reaching their peak on this (fingers crossed!) sunny summers day and we are inviting everyone to the farm before dinner for a welcome cocktail and walk through the Animal Farm. See our rare heritage breed animals on a lovely stroll through pasture and woods, before returning to the Potting Shed.

Then it is over to our amazing chef team, led by Toby Neal, to showcase not only all of those wonderful ingredients coming from our own farm, but all the bounty brought in from our North Devon shores. The three course feast in the Potting Shed will focus on seasonal produce and seafood; a true celebration of the South West and all it has to offer. Each course will offer a wine pairing, to highlight the dishes and the easy, breezy summertime.

There are only 18 seats available at this exclusive evening. £130pp, which will include welcome drinks and canapes, a three course feast, as well as wines paired with each course. Arrival at 4:30pm for farm tour and welcome drinks, dinner seating at 6pm.
