Broker Upgrade - 40 hours REQUIRED credit. This DOES count for license renewal credit for both CE and PL.
Must attend all ten sessions. Session dates & times:
December 8, Monday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mountain Time
December 9, Tuesday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mountain Time
December 11, Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mountain Time
December 12, Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mountain Time
December 15, Monday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mountain Time
Course cost is $695 plus optional shipping charges. $695 includes textbook, notebooks, access to additional study materials.
There will be a final test on final day accessed online. Student does not need additional test with state, only the test in class.

If attending on Zoom: must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. Also need to have reliable high-speed internet access. Zoom app works on PC, MAC, tablets, and smartphones.
If attending in class: Class in the basement of Rushmore Building Room. Carol's Classes LLC, 2040 West Main Street #B4, Rapid City SD 57702.
Zoom & In-person students need to pay ($695) when picking up materials for instructor-led portion. In person students may do this the 1st day of class. People attending on Zoom need to make an appointment. Materials can be shipped for a $29 shipping charge. We send the invoice to email or can text it. We do not receive credit card numbers.
If student needs to attend Zoom some days, that is an option.

TRANSFER POLICY:
You may transfer to a new class. If the new class is the same price, or more, you will be charged the difference in payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Classes may be cancelled up to one day before class. Refunds will be issued from the company which received payment, such as Square, and will have credit card or handling fees deducted.
