Drive through Bethlehem

Drive Through Bethlehem is a narrated dramatization of the Christmas story which takes place in the Timber Lake Christian Church parking lot at 1624 Gratz Brown Street (just across from Moberly High School) on Saturday and Sunday evenings, December 6 and 7, from 6-8 PM.

It’s a program where we reenact the Christmas story in our church parking lot, so you don't even have to get out of your car! Visitors will drive slowly through the front and rear parking lots, passing by nine different scenes. The presentation is complete with live actors in costume, including the living nativity depicting Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus. Costumed characters interact with live animals to give you the sights and sounds of an evening in ancient Bethlehem. Relevant Bible verses will be displayed at each scene, and you can insert a CD or scan a QR code to hear narration and music for each scene in your car.
