Classes are weather dependent, and updates will be posted here on the event or whatsapp Monique (+27824135896) for updates. 

What to bring?
Bring your yoga mat or beach towel, a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen, and maybe a swimsuit for a post-yoga dip in the tidal pool.
