Since I had a near-death experience 3 years ago, my wonderful life has prompted me to really challenge my creative inspirations, my normal routines, and my relationship with myself and the Earth.

I started crafting a space that would reflect my striving for beauty, creativity, and a nature-oriented way of being.

I found two methods to be especially powerful: conscious dance and clay sculpture — two beautiful modalities that capture the ineffable part of reality, both in the moment and in the afterglow of those moments.

When paired with like-minded women, the space creates a resonance for transformation.

Luckily, I was given a glorious canvas: my beautiful palace in Cape Town. The eco-villa on the side of the river, with 3 boats, a dance hall, infrared sauna, art studio, and 5 bedrooms, borders a nature reserve in Marina da Gama. Apart from zen rowing on the river, the land birthed 3 gigantic trees, with hundreds of birds coming every evening.
In the summer season, my magical home lovingly held several retreats from Europe.

This winter season, which in Cape Town is all about growth, greenery, and new life, I am offering it to women who are ready to adopt a new routine: morning dance practices, weekly nature expeditions, sharing circles, and clay art therapy.

💚 I invite four women to join a retreat / co-living experience between 17 June and 30 September.

We live in sync with moon cycles.

We move together.

We journey together in the wildness of our spirits, our bodies, and our sense of community.

✨ Live with weekly dance practices, contact improv jams, art therapy, beach walks, and nature ex in the comfort of a luxury eco-villa and a shared Nissan X-Trail.

⏳ Minimum stay: 14 nights (until 30 September)

💰 R2800 per week

Included weekly:

🛏️ En-suite bedroom with cotton linen and towels
📶 500 Mbps WiFi, cleaning twice weekly
🚗 7-seater Nissan X-Trail for shared trips
💃 Three movement classes per week
🌿 One nature expedition
