Reconnect with yourself in this hands-on, wellness workshop!

Start the new season with clarity and tools to support a clear mind, renewed self-awareness and practices to support continued growth.

Instructors Stacey Duncan + Tracy Blotsky will guide you in exploring tools like meditation, visualization, EFT Tapping and journaling to reconnect with ourselves and shift our mindset.

$30 per person ($5 of each ticket donated to the Missoula Food Bank)
*Please bring your own yoga mat.
