We welcome to our team Executive Chef AND Two-Time James Beard Award Finalist, Chef Brandon Cunningham. Chef Brandon has spent the past 6 years at the exclusive Green-O Social Haus. As the first-ever finalist from Montana, Chef Brandon has a natural love for the Missoula area, with the goal of turning Pangea into a world-class restaurant. Pairing up with our Level 3 Sommelier Kyle Riggs to create an unmatched food & beverage experience that will be unmatched in the region. Additionally, the pairing of Kyle and Brandon assures that our monthly wine dinners will be an epic delight!
To showcase our new menu. Pangea will be doing a limited menu reveal on Thursday May 29th with a very limited number of reservations! Pangea will be fully open to the public beginning Friday May 30th and will be open 7 days a week going forward for dinner! Reservations are recommended but not required.
