 This event is for women who would like to explore the science behind perimenopause and menopause.  You will learn evidence based information about the hormonal and physiological changes that occur during this transitional time. You will be given well researched guidance on hormone replacement, non-hormonal treatment options and practical strategies for managing symptoms and learning how to advocate for yourself in healthcare settings.  You will also be given tools and practices for physical and mental resilience and well-being.  We will address everything from nutrition and bone health to mental fitness and mindfulness. Go home with a solid plan, new connections, renewed energy, and confidence!   This retreat is led by Dr. Courtney Hathaway MD, Julie Engh Peters PCC and Lisa Hamilton DPT, NBC-HWC.
The retreat and workshops take place at Red Hen Farm and Orchard offering a beautiful nature-based location.
