Leave feeling grounded, expanded, and more deeply aligned with who you truly are.INTUITIVE DANCE:The intuitive dance portion of this experience is an invitation to move freely and reconnect with the wisdom of your body. Guided by music and gentle cues, you’ll explore movement in a way that feels natural and expressive, without any choreography or expectation. This practice allows you to step out of the mind and into the body, creating space for emotional release and self-expression. As you move, you may begin to soften tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of flow and presence. This part of the journey opens the body, preparing you to fully relax and receive in the restorative yoga and sound healing that follows.YOGA & REIKI:This event blends the calming practice of YIN/Restorative Yoga with the gentle power of Reiki energy healing. In this session, supported yoga postures and mindful stillness guide the body into a state of deep relaxation, allowing the nervous system to shift into rest and renewal. As you settle into each pose, Reiki is offered by a certified Reiki Master to enhance energetic flow, balance the chakras, and release stored tension on a subtle level.SOUNDBATH EXPERIENCE:During the Soundbath you are being "bathed" in sound waves, vibrations and frequencies that flood all around you. These sound waves are produced by various instruments including quartz crystal singing bowls, rain sticks, drums, and chimes.The universe and everything in it communicates with one another through vibrations. All objects and living things, including the cells in our body possess and oscillate with certain frequencies.The vibrations and frequencies in a Sound Bath will promote healing and overall well-being. This therapy is based on the law of resonance, whereby the sound waves produced by singing bowls and other instruments interact with the body's own vibrational frequency, leading to several positive effects on both the mind and the body.As the vibrational sounds fill the room and surround your body, your nervous system will switch into a restorative alpha and/or theta state by down-regulating the nervous system. This will help to calm the mind and relax the body, allowing you to let go of tension and enter a state of deep relaxation.SAGE & PALO SANTO:During the event, we will be using the sacred smoke of sage and palo santo.
