About this Event

Start your day off right with some gentle stretches and calming breathwork. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, this class is open to all levels. To sign up, students can use their Calm Creature Studio class passes or pay what you can ($8-$25) to participate.

About The Host:
Karen is a certified yoga teacher/guide trained in hatha and restorative styles of yoga with over 270 hours of teaching virtually and in-person. She enjoys guiding students through simple floor-based, gentle sequences that incorporate breathwork to provide a meditative inward experience. Karen has taught and continues to teach those with different needs, abilities, and body sizes by providing pose variations and always welcomes feedback. Expect a light-hearted and inclusive class environment.
