Connecting with the Black Community - Strategies for White Leaders and Allies

Our Fall Summit will offer corporate management a fresh game plan to combat anti-black racism and build bridges with a dynamic demographic. Sessions will provide strategies for white leaders and allies to engage black communities and align them within their overall diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies.

Mentoring Racialized and Indigenous employees for leadership

Sessions will provide concrete tools to recruit, retain and most importantly PROMOTE from these often marginalized employee groups. Learn about implementing a "T.H.I.R.D. (Transformative Hiring of Indigenous/Racialized Demographics) Rail – perfect for human resource managers and administrators.

Indigenous Reconciliation

Relationship building with the Indigenous community will be explored. Sessions will inspire creating a blueprint within the framework of governmental policies, while understanding Calls to Action and Indigenous self-determination.
