There is no performing, no competing, and no checking your phone. You show up, you breathe, and you let a small animal decide whether today is the day it trusts you. Most of the time, it is. And that moment lands differently than almost anything else you will do on a Saturday afternoon in Mississauga.The most important rule: stay on your matYour yoga mat is your designated space for the entire session. Staying on it keeps the bunnies safe. When people wander off their mats, it startles the bunnies and breaks the trust the whole room has been quietly building. Mats are provided and can also be rented at reception if you bring your own and prefer a fresh one. Non-yoga grip towels are not an acceptable substitute for a proper mat.A few things to know before you comePlease arrive 15 minutes before class starts. The session begins on time and the doors are locked once we get going to protect everyone's belongings. Late arrivals may not be accommodated. Wear clean, comfortable fitness attire and leave the dangling bracelets and long necklaces at home. There are no spectators at this event. Every person in the room participates. Disruptive behavior may result in removal at the instructor's discretion. The more calmly you engage with the yoga, the more likely the bunnies are to wander your way. The bunnies are litter-trained, but occasional accidents happen and are cleaned up promptly.Families and kidsThis is a family-friendly session. Kids ages 5 and up are welcome. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps their child move gently and handle the bunnies with care. For children under 7, we ask for a 1:1 adult-to-child ratio. For children ages 7 and older, one adult may accompany up to four children. If your group has different needs, reach out to us at events@yogakawa.com and we will do our best to help.Rescheduling, transfers, and refundsAll tickets are final sale. There are no refunds for missed sessions. If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to three weeks before class for a 50% rescheduling fee per ticket. Requests made after that window cannot be accommodated. Tickets are transferable to another person if you cannot make it. If the studio cancels the event, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements. Genuine emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation. Approved emergency refunds are subject to a 5% merchant processing fee.We put a lot of care into keeping each session calm, safe, and genuinely meaningful for both the bunnies and the humans in the room.
