As the earth tilts to the furthest point away from the sun we bathe in darkness. At 7am December 21st that point will be reached and from then on our rock will rotate closer to our burning star and the light will begin to return! 

This Mom and baby class is dedicated to the return of the light and will focus on Mom’s body, mind and baby connection. A soothing gentle sequence will awaken the body mind unity and allow baby to see how you prioritize self care with the seasons. 
No yoga experience necessary. 
Due to class dynamic, only moms of babies journeying their first winter solstice are eligible for this offering. 

There are 6 space available. If there is enough interest an afternoon session could also be offered. 

Bring an open mind and a desire to sit with yourself and baby, I will guide you through.

Class is offered by donation. Any proceeds collected will be donated to SARA for women.
