Learn about your body and mind through yoga, grounding, sound healing, and forest bathing techniques. Exercise in nature can set you at ease and improve your overall wellness. Follow at your own pace and improve over time by making this part of a regular routine.

Cost: Entry fee is $5 for adults and FREE 12 & under (Park entry free with Texas State Park Pass).
