This year’s Christmas Eve Dinner features seasonal creations including Lobster or Crab & Meyer Lemon Ravioli, Ahi Tuna Tartar, Filet with Red Wine Demi-Glace, Atlantic Salmon with Herb Lemon Beurre Blanc, Colorado Lamb Chops, Moroccan Spiced Ahi, Jidori Chicken, and more.
Desserts include Meyer Lemon Crème Brulee, Toffee Butter Cake, Flourless Chocolate Cake, Winter Berry Cobbler.
Wine list and handcrafted holiday cocktails will also be available.
