Áprilisban újra elindul az Erdei GasztroExpressz élménytúra – havi rendszerességgel (ENG below 👇 ) A kisvonatozással egybekötött élménytúra sokkal több, mint egy erdei kirándulás vagy egy tematikus ebéd. Igazi kapcsolódás a természethez, amire a mai rohanó világunkban oly’ kevés alkalom adódik. A program különlegességét nemzetközi szinten is elismerték: Miskolc az „Ehető Erdő – Erdei GasztroExpressz” projekttel világelső helyezést nyert a rangos Green Destinations turisztikai versenyen, amely a fenntartható turizmus legjobb kezdeményezéseit díjazza. A program tőlünk, az erdei kisvasút végállomásától indul, majd a Bükk szívében folytatódik: vadnövény-ismereti séta, történetek a tájról, az ehető erdő kincseiről, azokról az alapanyagokról, amelyek inspirációt adnak a konyhánkban is. Mindez Bózsó Gyula erdész és erdőmérnök vezetésével, erdei stand up formátumban. A túra alatt nem csak tanulni, de kóstolni is lehet, igazi erdei kuriózumokat ízlelhetnek meg a résztvevők. A túra után a „Bükk Ízei – négyfogásos Gasztroexpressz ízelítővel” várunk. Vadgyümölcsök, gombák, gyógynövények, vadzöldségek és húsok – mindaz, amit a természet (és a kamránk) ebben az időszakban adni tud. It is a true connection to nature – something that feels increasingly rare in today’s fast-paced world. The uniqueness of the programme has been recognised internationally: with the “Edible Forest – Forest GastroExpress” project, Miskolc won first place in the prestigious Green Destinations tourism competition, which honours the best initiatives in sustainable tourism. The programme starts from us, at the terminus of the forest railway, and continues into the heart of the Bükk Mountains: a wild herb foraging walk, stories about the landscape and the treasures of the edible forest – the very ingredients that inspire our kitchen. The tour is led by forester and forest engineer Gyula Bózsó, presented in an engaging “forest stand-up” format. During the walk, participants not only learn, but also taste – discovering genuine woodland curiosities along the way. After the tour, we welcome you with “Flavours of the Bükk – a four-course GastroExpress tasting menu.” Wild fruits, mushrooms, herbs, forest greens and meats – everything that nature (and our pantry) can offer at this time of year.
