What can you expect:
The Fall Training Program in 2026 is designed for the Turkey Stampede held on Thursday, November 26th, Thanksgiving Day. 
Two week add on: Flannel 5K on December 12, 2026.

These programs are dedicated to all runners, whether it’s a new distance, a new race, or you’re looking to challenge a previous best; this program is designed for you! Structured to get you across the finish line and/or to improve on a personal best, we cater to all ability levels and will coach and mentor you toward your goals.

We'll motivate you to keep moving!
We'll provide guidance and advice.
We'll meet twice a week for group training runs.
We'll hold educational clinics on proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.
Plus, you'll have the camaraderie of others just like you!

For this program, you will receive a structured training plan and will be able to participate in two in-person, coach-led runs each week.
