This free class is for anyone who wants to garden this year but feels unsure where to start.
Whether you’ve never grown anything before — or you’ve tried in the past with mixed results — Gardening 101 will give you a simple, realistic foundation so you can start with confidence this spring.
We will cover:
• The basics of sunlight, soil, and space
• Which plants are easiest for beginners
• How to decide what (and how much) to grow
• Simple ways to get started without spending a lot of money
• Common mistakes that cause new gardeners to get frustrated
You’ll leave with:
• A clear idea of what will work for your space
• A few easy ways to get started right away
• More confidence and less overwhelm
This class is designed for:
• First-time gardeners
• People who have tried before but felt confused
• Anyone who wants a calmer, simpler way to grow this year
No prior experience is required — just bring a notebook and your questions!
Seating is limited to 12. Please reserve a ticket only if you plan to attend, and cancel if you can’t make it so someone else can join.
