- **Event Description**: What is a Paddle Auction?
A Paddle Auction is a lot of fun and a great way to win fantastic prizes.
How it works:
When you arrive there will be a table set up where you will purchase your bidding paddles. 
The cost per Paddle is $5. You will pick you lucky number(s) from the available paddles. 
Each paddle has a number on it and there is a corresponding ball with that same number. 
After purchasing your paddle, the corresponding ball will be placed in the ball cage.
For each bidding paddle you will be given a ticket for a chance to win a free gift. The free 
gifts are items that have been donated by the vendors. Also, if you bring a guest and it is 
their first time at the paddle auction you will receive an additional ticket for the drawings. 
Please keep your ticket numbers handy as the MC will be announcing winning numbers 
throughout the auction. The first 25 people to purchase a paddle will receive a ticket for a 
free lunch (limited to 1 per person).
After you purchased your paddle(s), it’s time to shop the vendor tables along the walls. 
They will have awesome items available. This is a great way to support local businesses. 
Vendors participate in “Lucky Duck.” “Lucky Duck” vendors will have a small rubber duck 
displayed on their table. For every $10 purchase at their table, they will give you a ticket for 
a cash drawing of $55 (please remind them). Please write you name and phone number on 
the back of the ticket and place it in the designated container. The winner will be 
announced during the auction. 
Next be sure to check out all the auction items/baskets that you will have a chance to win. 
They will be in the center of room. After seeing all the great item, you will probably decide 
to purchase another paddle or two. You may even decide to purchase an AIP (All In 
Paddle).
Now it’s time to get your lunch and check out the snacks and drinks that are available for 
purchase.
Grab a seat, get comfortable and get ready to win some great prizes. 
Each item/basket will be described by the MC as our Vanna showcases the item. 
If it’s an item you would like to bid on/win you will hold up a paddle and a $1 bill. If you have 
purchased more than one paddle and want to up your odds in winning you can bid with
