This calming session uses a range of calming methods, such as guided visualisation, head-to-toe relaxation, progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and more. Led by clinical hypnotherapist and guided relaxation specialist Louise Franks, resident hypnotherapist at Eastthorpe Hall.
