What to Expect on the Day

Louise, Eastthorpe Hall's resident clinical hypnotherapist, a former nurse and a relaxation expert will lead you through a variety of calming activities including:

• A variety of relaxation exercises including sensory based activities like guided visualisation, body scan and head-to-toe relaxation, guided meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, breathwork, and more
• Building a seasonal Christmas gingerbread house in a mindful way
• Refreshments during the gingerbread build part of the event, include a hot chocolate with mini gingerbread men or choice of calming herbal teas, regular teas, coffee, decaff coffee or water
• Access to the monthly audio track or video, so you can replicate the lovely, relaxed feeling at home

Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We can't wait to see you there!

I have a choice of seating available for those who wish to lay down, or be sat more upright. Cosy blankets are also available, including a weighted and heated blanket. Or feel free to bring your own blanket from home.

Once the lights dim, the atmosphere is cosy and everyone soon drifts off. Sleeping is absolutely ok...and encouraged! If you fall asleep that's ok, I'll leave you to rest peacefully.

Food & Drink
