Saturdays, starting on January 3rd, we will be hosting sessions at the MVHS Gym for both new and returning players. 

New players are welcome to come learn the game, and existing players can shake the rust off before the season starts.

No experience needed, just come out and have fun! 

Gym attire, sneakers, a hockey/lacrosse helmet and gloves are required. 

We have sticks for people to try but if you own a lacrosse stick, you are welcome to bring it. 

First session: January 3, 2026 | MVHS Gym | Cost: $3.00

7-8PM: U13, U15, U17 & U19
