This empowering, hands-on class is designed for everyday women who want to improve posture, balance, poise, and confidence—whether you’re walking into a room, a meeting, an event, or simply elevating your everyday presence.

In this class, you’ll learn:

• Proper heel-walking techniques (for beginners & experienced walkers)
• Posture, balance, and alignment
• How to walk gracefully in different heel heights
• Confidence-building exercises you can use anywhere
• How to eliminate common mistakes that cause discomfort or insecurity
