Make plans to join the Alabama and Mississippi Sections of ACOG at the Annual Spring Meeting May 8-11, 2025 at the beautiful Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa! Thanks to your support, we anticipate almost 50 Exhibitors and know that 2025 will be our best year yet. This year, we have provided additional time in our schedule for exhibitors and physicians to interact, and have planned an excellent program with local and internationally recognized guest speakers. • $ 2,800 Exhibit Space: Booth, 2 REP passes (additional passes available for $50 each), Breakfast and breaks with the Physicians, listing in Final Program
• $5,000 (shared with another sponsor)/$7,500 (Exclusive) Hands on Course (limited to two) TOPICS- CONTINUOUS GLUCOSE MONITORING (THURS) AND POSTPARTUM HEMORRHAGE (FRI): Same benefits as Exhibitor space plus participation and signage in hands on training course with attendees following the morning didactic session with content led by ACOG Leaders- Lunch will be served.
• $10,000 Exclusive Event Sponsor: Same exhibit space and benefits of exhibit space plus additional signage, mention at the begining and end of each day at the conference, tickets to all events.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS CAN BE MADE HERE:

This year, Hilton Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort will have reduced rates at $309 per night with a $20 per day resort fee. Will provide information information as soon as it becomes available.
