19th Annual Xmas Qi Gong

A 19 year tradition! My small way of saying thank you to everyone who supported Lifeforce Wellbeing and Zen Beach Yoga in 2025! As always we meet in the La Balsa carpark (near One on La Balsa) at 5.25am and walk together up to our Qi Gong space for a 45 minute practice, a short meditation and then followed by optional breakfast at One on La Balsa Cafe.
