Dining for a Cause at Schatz Crossroads
Supporting Eric Carpenter & His Family
Please join us at Schatz Crossroads on Wednesday, February 18th, 2026, from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as we host a Dining for a Cause in support of our friend and former coworker, Eric Carpenter, and his family.
Eric has been a dedicated member of the Schatz Crossroads team for five years. He is currently undergoing treatment after being diagnosed with Stage 3 Small Cell Lung Carcinoma. His treatment plan includes intensive rounds of chemotherapy and radiation, bringing not only physical challenges but significant financial strain for Eric and his wife, Traci.
On Wednesday, February 18th, 15% of all sales from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM will be donated directly to Eric and his family to help with medical bills, travel costs, and day-to-day expenses related to his care.
Whether you stop in for a full meal, grab your favorite comfort food, or simply come by to show your support, your participation will make a meaningful difference.
