Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is Yoga Alliance Certified and begins January 2026, meeting 2 weekends a month through May.
This training is designed to help you:
Grow your personal practice
Understand yoga on and off the mat
Build confidence to teach (if you choose!)
Step into a more grounded, connected version of yourself
Held at Happy Journey Yoga, this is a heart-centered, supportive community learning experience — whether you’re here for personal growth or to teach.
