Stay active, spread joy, and relieve some holiday stress with our 5-week Holiday Festive Fitness Fridays! Each class is packed with great music, fun movement, and festive energy to keep your spirits bright all season long.

💪 When:
Fridays — Nov 14, Nov 21, Dec 12, Dec 19 & Jan 2
🕛 Time: Over the lunch hour (perfect midday boost!)
📍 Where: The Marsh

Come to one, two, or all five sessions — it’s totally up to you! Each class is a chance to ROCKOUT, recharge, and have some fun with our amazing community.
