Zumba Gold Dance Fitness Session (in-person & online)

Zumba Gold is designed for older active adults or exercise beginners seeking a modified version of Zumba. This class replicates the beloved dance moves you cherish but at a lower intensity. It's a wonderful community where you can connect with others while sharing the joy of Latin dance and happiness!

This weekly session will be available by livestreaming with Zoom as well as in-person at the Minnedosa United Church on Main Street. You will need comfortable indoor running shoes, a towel, and a water bottle.

8-week session, Fridays, October 3 to November 21 from 10 to 11am CT.

Session fee is $110 or 5 class pass for $75 (expires when program is complete) or drop-in for $16.
