Minnedosa CDC/Tourism is pleased to invite you to support an important healthcare initiative for our community: the Medical Device Reprocessing (MDR) Unit at Minnedosa Hospital.

The MDR plays a critical role in every surgical procedure performed locally. It is responsible for cleaning and sterilizing surgical instruments used in procedures such as cataract surgeries, knee and shoulder scopes, hernia repairs, gallbladder surgeries, and other essential operations. Without a functioning MDR, surgical services cannot safely continue.

To help support this vital service, Minnedosa CDC/Tourism will be hosting the Minnedosa Community Gala with all proceeds directed toward the MDR project. This event will bring together local businesses, community leaders, and residents in support of keeping surgical care close to home.

The estimated cost associated with renovating and upgrading the MDR is approximately five million dollars. Community support plays a meaningful role in demonstrating the value Minnedosa places on accessible, high quality healthcare.

We will also be celebrating our groups, community members, businesses and youth in the community.  Please nominate your candidates by using the QR codes in Photos.
