Do note that Nico’s has three restaurants in the Metro.  This one is the largest and is located on the south-east side of Penn and 50th st. in South Minneapolis.

They have a parking lot as well as street parking.  All sketching mediums welcome.  There are two walls of windows exposing the street scene. 

The food is great and if you want more than coffee to sip that’s available, too.
