Winter Solstice Sound Healing Refresh at Forgotten Star Brewing

Have the holidays got you frazzeled? Join our winter solstice sound healing event hosted by Rachelle McManus to rejuvenate and re-balance your body, mind and spirit!

What to Expect:
- Create a peaceful space with your yoga mat, blankets, pillows and any personal items to facilitate deep relaxation.

- Let go of expectations and allow the soothing sounds vibrations and frequencies of the gong and other ancient healing instruments to envelop you.

- This experience creates deep relaxation and a nervous system reset within a supportive community.

- Cultivate gratitude and set intentions in a peaceful space.

Class cost is $15 (including a beverage), sign up in the taproom on the day of the event!
