This summer, Wednesday nights are my stroke lab. 7:15-8:30pm at Richfield. These sessions will have pre-course materials, filming each night, and a specific stroke development topic each session. They're good for a range of levels, from new (but confident) swimmer, to open water and triathlete swimmers, looking for more understanding and directed stroke work in swimming. Single-session drop-ins are also available, but first, enrollment is only open for each series of five classes. I'll have the website listing for them up later this week, but it's open first to past swimmers in mine and my past coaches' programs in this email.
