In this session, we’ll focus on expressing ourselves with honesty and confidence. Through neck and shoulder release work, supported backbends, and breath practices, we’ll clear tension and create space for authentic communication.

A balanced Throat Chakra supports clear speech, active listening, and creative expression. When imbalanced, we may feel shy, overly talkative, unheard, or disconnected from our voice.

We’ll work with the sound HAM, the element of Space, and practices that support truthful expression and confident communication.
