Ryan Picone Quartet featuring Patrick Harison and Sam Skavnak 
The Ryan Picone Quartet has become a creative force in the Twin Cities’ jazz scene, blending a deep Hot Club Jazz tradition with a modern, global sensibility. A devoted acolyte of the celebrated guitarist Stéphane Wrembel, Ryan’s music is rooted in the spirit of Django Reinhardt, yet the quartet often ventures into other old world and new world musical landscapes.

Patrick Harison is a young American button accordionist adept in a wide variety of settings and genres. He currently resides in Minneapolis, MN performing in a diverse array of projects including Patty and The Buttons, Eisner's Klezmorim, Rogue Tango and many others. Patrick is also active as an orchestral soloist playing both classical and pops programs with top orchestras across the United States under the baton of luminaries such as Doc Severinsen and Sarah Hicks. When not performing, he is an in demand composer, session musician, educator and arranger.

Sam Skavnak is a Twin Cities based multi-instrumentalist specializing in reed instruments and all manner of pre-1950s music, especially that of New Orleans and Chicago. He was fortunate enough to have learned a great deal of the craft from local jazz historian and clarinetist Tony Balluff as well as soprano saxophonist Henry Blackburn and founding Hall Brothers Jazz band member Charlie Devore. Sam plays with a wide variety of groups all over town - Mumblin' Drew's Oldfangled Orchestraters (MOO), the St. Peter Street Stompers, and the Monday Club,not to mention the odd appearance with the Mill City Hot Club, Debbie Briggs Vintage Jazz and the Southside Aces.

Reynold Trio
Reynold D. Philipsek has been a professional musician since he was fourteen years old. He has appeared on nearly fifty recordings either under his own name or in support of other artists.
His work as a jazz guitarist has been favorably reviewed in Guitar Player Magazine, Acoustic Guitar Magazine, Vintage Guitar, Billboard and Down Beat. He has toured with jazz singer Connie Evingson and played with French Gypsy Jazz master Dorado Schmitt during his 2005 U.S. tour.

Clint Hoover
One of a select group of musicians to have mastered both the chromatic and diatonic harmonica, Clint began playing the harp after seeing Muddy Waters perform in his hometown of Minneapolis. From pre-war blues to modern jazz, Clint has delved deep into the musical possibilities of the harmonica. A professional for over 40 years, Clint has lent his talents to movies, commercials, TV, radio, theater, instruction books and a
host of album projects.

Matthew Senjem
Matt Senjem is a professional bassist based in Minneapolis with over 25 years of performance experience. A versatile and accomplished musician, he has performed with some of the Twin Cities’ most respected groups across a wide range of genres, bringing a deep groove and strong musical foundation to every stage

The Clearwater Hot Club is a dedicated to preserving the repertoire and instrumentation of the Jazz Manouche style pioneered by Roma jazz guitarist Django Reinhardt.  Much of the repertoire played in this group are songs either performed or written by Django Reinhardt, though other styles of music such as French Musette, Brazilian choro, and Eastern European folk music are interpreted through the musical lens and technique of the Jazz Manouche style. In recent years Sam Miltich has written original works of music in the jazz manouche style, giving credence to the roots and traditions of the music while bringing a fresh new voice to it.

The Red Hot Django Peppers are a fiery Twin Cities–based Hot Club band keeping the spirit of Django Reinhardt alive while adding their own spark to the tradition. Led by guitarist Ryan Picone—an acolyte of world-renowned guitarist Stéphane Wrembel—the group features the dynamic interplay of guitarist Ian Stenlund, the soaring violin of Daniel Lentz, and the driving pulse of bassist Sean Roderick. Together, they create a sound that’s at once timeless and fresh, blending dazzling virtuosity with irresistible swing.

The band will celebrate another milestone with the release of their debut studio album on January 17th, 2025 at Crooners Supper Club, marking an exciting new chapter in their musical journey.

Parisota Hot Club
Formed in 2001... Original intention in getting together to explore the music of Django Reinhardt... First official date as Parisota Hot Club at Brasserie Zinc in Minneapolis Feb. 7 2002... At this time, it was the first Hot Club of the 2000's devoted to the jazz stylings of
Reinhardt and violinist Stephan Grappelli to appear on the Mpls./St. Paul music scene. It has since become the longest running Hot Club locally in the Twin Cities. 
The name Parisota is a blend of two locations; Paris, hometown of original PHC violinist and founding member Raphaël Fraisse and the group's home base, Minnesota.

Hot Club Mania Quartet, a Twin Cities-based swing jazz band, performs a timeless jazz tradition commonly known as Gypsy Jazz, a blend of traditional Roma music and swing jazz. Originating in Paris in the early 1930s, the ‘Hot Club’ jazz tradition brings back happy memories of the swing jazz era, and for all an opportunity to nod, tap, or hit the dance floor.

The Twin Cities Hot Club (TCHC) represents Minnesota in the burgeoning revival of gypsy jazz originally popularized by Django Reinhardt, Stephane Grappelli and the Hot Club of France. They recreate not only the famous la pompe that distinguishes this romantic brand of acoustic jazz but also gypsy bossanova, musette, bolero, and swing. TCHC perform this timeless deep-rooted music that is physical, alive and speaks directly to the heart.

Gary Schulte – Special String Section Arrangement with all festival Violinist - Tessa Nichols - Meade, Daniel Lentz and Alissa Jacobsen. 

Gary Schulte is a violinist and performance composer to whom Stephane Grappelli gave his most sincere blessing. A veteran of "A Prairie Home Companion", he has done everything from classical improvisation with harpsichord master Layton James to the avante garde with David Byrne. Sought after as a jazz violinist, he has gigged with some of the greatest artists of the Gypsy Jazz genre, including guitarist legend Dorado Schmitt. He is also known for his work in the Black Gospel tradition, and for his unaccompanied solo violin performances in which he takes a story or image and creates a spontaneous composition in front of a live audience.
