ABOUT THE CLASS
Join Ali Fitzpatrick on Tuesday, November 25th for a special gratitude and heart centered themed Soulful Sound Bath and Kundalini Meditation!

We’ll gather in sacred community to celebrate the spirit of gratitude, a time to pause, breathe, and open our hearts to the abundance already flowing through our lives. As we move through meditation and sound, you’ll be invited to release old energies and receive the sweetness of presence, love, and appreciation. Let this evening be a remembrance of how good it feels to return home to your heart, soft, radiant and overflowing with thankfulness.

We’ll begin with a short Kundalini Meditation and grounding to drop us into our heart spaces, bodies and into the quantum field. We’ll then move into the sound bath as we let our mind, body and spirit soak in the healing and rejuvenating sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan and Crystal Sound Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Drums and Sacred Voice to let the energies of the evening integrate. 

You’ll leave feeling more alive, heart centered and able to let go of any stuck energies and patterns that might be present for you. 

Please bring a mat (and pillow/blanket if you like) for the meditation and the sound bath in the sanctuary. 

As a 20 year student of yoga and meditation and 30 year student of music and frequency, Ali brings a unique embodied experience that helps drop you into your heart and soul to hear the deeper wisdom within wanting to emerge through meditation, movement and sound.
