Tai Chi is a grounded, slow, and accessible movement practice often described as “meditation in motion.” Rooted in an ancient Chinese martial art, Tai Chi Chuan gently trains balance, coordination, and inner calm while supporting overall physical and mental well-being.
This low-impact practice is ideal for anyone looking to move with more ease, reduce stress, and build a steady, resilient body—no prior experience required. While open to adults ages 18 and up, this class is especially well suited for senior community members.
✔️ Guided Tai Chi movements focused on relaxation and balance
✔️ Techniques to improve stability, mobility, and body awareness
✔️ A welcoming, inclusive space for all experience levels
✔️ Gentle, comfortable movement—wear loose clothing and supportive shoes
