Alongside the Still Moving photo exhibit, you are invited to honor the space between stillness and movement through an immersive sound bath. The soft flow of the river blends with the tones of singing bowls, creating a shared space for reflection and a return to self. As we become still, we listen. The body, made of water, mirrors the river beside us. Breath deepens and awareness turns inward. Sound becomes a current, carrying the vibrations of the bowls through us, guiding us from pause into renewal.
No prior experience is needed. Simply come as you are, listen, and feel the quiet current of presence flowing through you in this restorative sound bath. Bring a yoga mat or sit comfortably in a provided chair.
Using singing bowls made from crystals and precious metals, Royce artfully blends healing sounds and subtle alchemies to create a “multi-vitamin for the soul.” Visit to learn more and connect.
Please plan to arrive at 10:00 am ...and no later than 10:15 am, so everyone can comfortably settle in and begin without interruptions.
The event will begin with a brief introduction to the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization, followed by a relaxing 60-minute sound bath.
Afterward, you’re warmly invited to linger and explore the building and grounds at your own pace, including the Still Moving exhibit. Please take your time and enjoy the space!
Children are welcome but should be able to rest quietly for up to 60 minutes.
Some yoga mats will be available to borrow, but please bring your own if you are able. If bringing a yoga mat will be a barrier to your attendance, please contact Michelle Spangler at bXNwYW5nbGVyIHwgbXdtbyAhIG9yZw==.
