What: A free group run with an optional workout available each week. Come for an easy run or challenge yourself with a workout.
Where: 4655 46th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55406 near the Wabun Picnic Area at Minnehaha Falls.
Why: We run to build and support community, offer free group running and enjoy the Spring season of running in Minnesota. We would love to see runners from all clubs and cities in Minnesota join us for these runs!

Join Run Minnesota from March 27th through June 12th for a free group run or workout starting at Wabun Picnic Area near the Ford Bridge and Minnehaha Falls Disc Golf Course.

There will be routes of 4-8mi available along with a certified coach to lead you through an optional weekly workout of hill repeats, tempo runs or fartleks.

Bring a friend as it's always easier to workout with a large group! There are many great running routes in this area including River Road, Lake Nokomis, Minnehaha Creek and Fort Snelling State Park.

Time and Location Info:

We will meet at 6pm at the Minnehaha Falls Wabun Disc Golf Course located at 4655 46th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55406. There is free parking available near the Disc Golf Course or Wabun Picnic Area. Restrooms are available in the building near the parking lots. Hydration will be available at the start/finish of each run.
