Join Maddi Herzfeld for a Handstand workshop! This class will help you create a strong foundation for your handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksanana). You will move, strengthen, and bring awareness to all parts of your body that create this courageous pose!  Are you ready to turn your hands into feet, and get upside down!?! 

You will cultivate a strong sense of full-body awareness through different exercises to activate all the important muscle groups for your handstand. You will find strong, core activation and explore what the yogi's call "Bandha's", AKA energy locks! Learn how to use your breath and the earth to stabilize, balance, and continue to ground down while you are upside down. Stack your body to feel connected and secure. Use your point of focus (drishti) to balance and hold strong. Release fear and expectations. Get upside and be fearless. New perspectives & new experiences foster inspiration! Maddi is here to make this a fun and exciting experience, you got this!
