What to expect

You will have time to reflect quietly, symbolically release what no longer serves you, and simply be in community.

After releasing, we will shift into the bloom by setting a soft intention for what you want to invite into your next chapter. This is about clarity and growth, not pressure or perfection.

We will close with a collective moment of grounding and encouragement, reminding us that healing looks different for everyone.
