Through targeted grants, the Fund supports critical operational needs, including rent or mortgage obligations, payroll, food costs, and other essential expenses required to keep doors open.To support this mission, The Market at Malcolm Yards, O’Shaughnessy Distilling Co., and Surly Brewing Co. are coming together to host Recipe for Restaurant Relief on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at The Market at Malcolm Yards.This event is designed to both celebrate and sustain our hospitality community. Guests will experience chef-driven tasting stations, whiskey tastings, craft cocktails, beer, and wine, all included with admission, alongside a curated silent and live auction, live entertainment, and specialty activations.Net proceeds from the event will be donated directly to the Salt Cure Fund, ensuring immediate and meaningful impact for operators in need.
