Fermentation, desireable fungi, obscure flower scents and all around weird processing styles. Tea is ancient, but constantly evolving. Let's learn about and taste some of the wildest teas we've been able to collect! Whether you're well-acquainted with tea or completely new to it, this class will remain accessbile and present flavors you didn't know were possible from a leaf.
